A documentary film about the powerful music and unstoppable activism of Sister Fa, Senegal’s first lady of rap. Sister Fa is bringing the issue of FGC straight to people’s hearts with live shows performed around the world. This documentary follows her on her 2009 trip to her home village in southern Senegal, where she will face her toughest crowd. It’s an inspiring story of courage, hope and change.
